This PippinKits Cross Stitch Pincushion Kit is so dinky and so pretty when its finished. I have loved creating it! There’s no need to use any backing material as the neat design idea means the corners of the work meet at the back to make the pincushion. As always I am very excited 😆 to share this new addition to my Etsy Shop! I hope you love it too 😍 It’s such fun to do and it’s lovely to end up with something really useful too. The Appletons wool included in all my kits is British from sheep to needle – it comes from the Yorkshire wool markets and is also dyed and spun in Yorkshire. Appletons prides itself on the quality and consistency of the wool it produces. It was founded in 1835 by Thomas Appleton and has a long history that includes being used by the famous 19th century designer William Morris. All the necessary Appletons Crewel Wool and materials are included in each PippinKits Cross Stitch Pincushion Kit along with detailed colour instructions. The completed design measures 10.5cm x 10.5cm and the pincushion is approximately 7cm x 7cm when finished. All you need to find at home to complete the project are some scissors.
